Founded in 1997 in the Ardennes region of France, ALVÉOLAIRE is an independent manufacturer of packaging and protective products made from corrugated polypropylene.
We design made-to-measure solutions that are sustainable, reusable, 100% recyclable and that incorporate the principles of the circular economy to meet the requirements of the most technical sectors: automotive, logistics, construction and public works, pharmaceuticals, etc.
Thanks to over 30 years’ experience, an agile organisation and a high-performance industrial tool, we develop customised protection and packaging solutions, while reducing the environmental impact at every stage of the value chain, both at our customers’ sites and at our own facilities.
Our approach is based on eco-design in production and use. It uses a material that can be reused many times, is durable and easily recycled at the end of its life. It provides products with a long lifespan that can be reused in a circular model, through our customers’ internal use loops, through the short-loop recycling we can offer, or through institutional recycling.

ALVÉOLAIRE has chosen extruded corrugated polypropylene (CPP), a material as light as it is sturdy, combining exceptional mechanical properties with great ease of reuse and total recyclability.
Thanks to its fluted structure, it remains light and rigid while offering high resistance to impact and compression.
Where cardboard tears, is sensitive to moisture and grease, generates dust and cannot be reused under industrial conditions, our CPP, just as light and just as convertible, provides the technical answer.
Where plastics require expensive moulds to take shape, our CPP, which is easy to cut and transform, is the economical answer.
CPP is 100% recyclable, washable and reusable, and fully integrated into the circular economy, limiting waste and minimising the carbon footprint, and providing the environmental solution.
