ALVÉOLAIRE’s environmental commitment arises from a strong principle: designing solutions that fit within a circular economy model.
Thanks to extruded corrugated polypropylene (CPP or CPP), a single-material, durable and 100% recyclable semi-finished product, we are able to develop specific packaging and protection: adapted to requirements, designed to last, to be reused in a loop, then recycled and used again as a material.
Our process neither consumes nor discharges water, runs on decarbonised energy and generates zero net production waste.
In this way, with minimal consumption of resources, we can offer our customers high-performance solutions that make a tangible contribution to a more responsible industrial transition.
ALVÉOLAIRE controls the entire life cycle of corrugated polypropylene by placing reuse of material at the heart of its industrial model. Thanks to its grinding and regeneration capacities, production offcuts and end-of-life products returned by our customers are recycled and reintegrated into the manufacturing process.
This controlled material loop extends the material’s life, limits the use of new material and significantly reduces the environmental impact, while guaranteeing the desired technical performances.
Eco-design guides every stage in the development of our products:
Each solution is designed to combine technical performance, durability and reduced environmental impact. Our production approach favours local supply chains, limiting offcuts and continuously optimising resources: in our world, ecological and economic concerns go hand in hand, with sustainable products and jobs sharing the same momentum.
Corrugated polypropylene is a unique material, offering a range of technical and environmental properties rarely found in a single product.

These advantages make CPP a material of choice for the most technical sectors: automotive, logistics, pharmaceuticals, electronics, construction and public works, bottling, etc.
ALVÉOLAIRE is committed to measuring and reducing its environmental impact.
Our approach includes, in particular:
Our ISO 9001 certification, obtained in 2025, is also helping us to structure and strengthen our environmental transition.
We are proud of our involvement in the MORE (MObilised to REcycle) coalition of manufacturers.
Our next step: the Ecovadis rating.
